Dear colleague,

We appreciate the time and effort put into the abstracts we have received so far. In response to many requests for more time to work on abstracts, the organizers of BS2023 have decided to extend the deadline by two weeks. We understand that many of us may face unprecedented pressures in the post-pandemic era. We hope this buffer time will help in some way and increase engagement.

The updated deadline for abstract submission is Sunday, November 13, 2022, at 24:00 GMT+8. The rest of the timeline remains unchanged as announced before.

Please note that, before the deadline, changes can be made freely to the abstracts submitted. Besides research papers, BS2023 accepts abstracts for project reports and workshop proposals of all kinds. Please head over to our website for more information:

We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported the conference so far. The restrictions for international/domestic travel have eased, and we expect to meet you all face-to-face in Shanghai, China. However, in light of any uncertainties, a hybrid-mode BS2023 will ensure all participants onsite/online a seamless experience.
